Toni leads business needs discovery and designs the solution architecture. He combines modern AI models with years of engineering experience to move quickly from idea to working prototype — and test its value in practice. Creator and maintainer of Surreal-Memory and architect of Tender-Flow.

Clear expectations from the start.
What does a project cost?
The price depends on the process, integration access, data quality and required controls. We agree a paid pilot and acceptance criteria before you commit. Third-party running costs are explained separately.
Do we need to replace our systems?
We start with the tools you already use. We check APIs, permissions and export options, then choose the smallest useful integration.
Where will our data be processed?
Hosting, providers, permissions and retention are agreed for each project. European or local processing can be considered when your requirements call for it.
Can we keep a human in control?
Yes. Approval steps, source references, access restrictions and escalation paths can be built into the workflow. Controls match what the system is allowed to do.
